Support and Training

Telephonic and email support is free of charge for twelve months from date of purchase. Thereafter we continue to provide support charged at an hourly rate depending on time spent.

For clients having internet access we can also provide online support via TeamViewer, AnyDesk or Zoom.
We are also happy to provide online training at a rate to be quoted on request.

On site training or training at our premises may be arranged by special request.
The training is practical and based on actual planning information and is designed to produce a working timetable.
